FGI High Voltage Frequency Conversion Helps Indonesia Power Plant Operate Successfully!
The project is located in Dargan Island in the north of Kalimantan Island, Indonesia. It is one of the first new projects after the Indonesian government announced a new policy to support the use of biomass coupling power generation technology. There bulit 2 sets of 150MW biomass coupled co-combustion generator units , and equipped with 2 high-temperature and ultra-high pressure circulating fluidized bed boilers and two extraction condensing steam turbines, mainly serving the paper mill to provide steam and power. With strong technical strength, FGI provides high voltage frequency inverter products and drives primary air fan and feed pump to realize energy conservation and efficiency improvement.
The project is designed as a black start power plant. After the equipment is gradually started by diesel generator, the boiler is ignited for power generation and grid connection.
In addition, we provided with targeted training to explain the operation, principle, troubleshooting and other precautions of inverter for the owner's operation and electrical personnel, which is highly praised.
