System Performance
01 Forced air cooling
The intelligent temperature control system is adopted for air cooling and heat dissipation: the frequency conversion control technology is used for the heat dissipation fan, and the speed of the heat dissipation fan is controlled according to the equipment capacity, radiator temperature and ambient temperature, so as to control the inlet air volume, so as to achieve energy conservation and noise reduction, especially when the capacity is small, the effect is more obvious.
02 Air water cooling
The hot air caused by the heating of the equipment returns to the room after passing through the outdoor water-cooled heat exchange system to form a hot air cold air circulation system to realize the purpose of equipment heat dissipation. The circulating water used by the outdoor water cooling and heat exchange system can borrow the external water source on the site, establish water tower and other ways, which is suitable for the site with harsh environment.
03 Wind water cooling
In harsh environments such as high sand, high humidity, high salt fog, high corrosion and high condensation, as well as occasions with high noise requirements, conventional air-cooled heat dissipation can’t well meet the environmental requirements of the site, but the use of water-cooled heat dissipation can better meet the needs of the site.
With multi-chip DSP+FPGA as the control core, adopts instantaneous reactive power theory control technology, FFT fast harmonic calculation technology, and high-power IGBT drive technology. The design goal is to achieve high reliability, easy operation and high performance. The product can provide capacitive or inductive reactive power quickly and continuously, realizing various control modes such as constant assessment point reactive power, constant assessment point voltage and constant assessment point power factor, as well as comprehensive compensation. FGSVG series high-voltage dynamic reactive power compensation device can not only automatically compensate reactive power, but also dynamically compensate harmonics at the same time to ensure stable operation of the power system.
